Volunteers are essential to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees. At Toronto Bal Weekend, we strongly believe that balboa should be accessible to as many people as possible. To support individuals who otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford attending our events.

Volunteers are expected to be available to assist with various tasks as directed by event coordinators. Monitor event areas to ensure everything is running smoothly and address any issues that arise.

By volunteering, you’ll get the chance to be an integral part of the event, meet fellow dance enthusiasts, and enjoy some behind-the-scenes action. Plus, as a thank you, volunteers will receive event admission, and exclusive swag!
